Had a tour, applied but never heard back. Tried to contact them multiple times but never receive any response. I wonder if they just take application to make money. Will complain with BBB next.

Management here is horrific/non-existent. Glenda will ignore every single phone call and email once you’ve signed your lease. We have been here 3 months now and all of the dryers except for 1 are broken. One dryer for an entire complex and no matter how many times you reach out, nothing will ever be done. There are random charges on our account constantly and they tried to charge us the $500 discount they offered us to move in early before Thanksgiving. She told us our door would be fixed in November when we moved in and you can literally see the outside from the bottom of our front door. Glenda is single handedly running this place into the ground. The owners are VERY aware she is the issue (read all the other reviews) and continue to keep her on. She is going to do this to the wrong person someday and Parkview Terrace will end up with a big lawsuit. Will serve them right. Literally live anywhere else but here.

Laundromat has been out of service for months. Management does nothing. Only saving grace for the entire community is the amazing maintenance handy man they hired. There are no other amenities for the community to upkeep and they can’t even take care of the laundry room. Walls are incredibly thin in the apartments. If your household has more then one car then be prepared to never be able to park your car in front of where you live. You have to pay for parking monthly as well and you’re not guaranteed a parking spot.

Honestly don’t live here there are so many better places. Glenda is a mess and the worst property manager who has the biggest attitude and gets nothing done. Has worked there 15 years and doesn’t know anything and you usually have to tell her to do her job. Over charges you for rent by hundreds of dollars. You also feel watched all the time when you live by the leasing office. Literally everyone that I talked to there was not happy living there. There are better places you could be paying for for the price they over charge you. (Glenda also ignores your emails) the maintenance guy though was cool and nice.

Glenda needs a career rethink If there were an Olympic event for underperforming, Glenda would take home the gold. I came in expecting basic competence but instead, I got chaos, confusion, and a customer service experience that truly sucked the joy out of my day. Glenda, if you're reading this, please consider a line of work that doesn't involve interacting with humans.

The place itself isn't bad, honestly I enjoyed the place and maintenance was great. However, I would suggest not living here. Management is horrible, they never respond to you and try to over charge you and when you ask about it they threaten to evict you. The place is also incredibly expensive for no amenities, you can definitely find cheaper places that offer much more in the area. We got charged for gas and electricity 3 times in one month even though we already had that set up through Xcel and when rent came, we emailed Glenda, who did not respond, then we paid for everything except the additional charges. She then emailed us back telling us to pay it and when we asked what it was for and that we were confused, we got an additional late charge and eviction warning even though we were still in the 10 day window of paying rent per the lease, neither one of those are supposed to be sent to us unless rent was 10 days late. We also signed up for a 12 month lease and when our lease was expiring, Glenda tried to make us pay for another months worth of rent and it wasn't until we started questioning her and asking for documentation she was like, oh you can just drop off your keys. Also people who lived around us were always fighting, you could always hear people yelling or screaming. The homeless population is huge in the area too so there was often homeless people walking around the parking lots at night. And there was also a time where one of our neighbors pulled a gun on another one of our neighbors and a couple struggling with domestic violence and the police were there fairly often. Lastly there were pests all the time, we were battling trying to keep spiders, earwigs, and wasps out all the time.

I was told to reach out to the manager of this place to talk to her about a little troll who has been bullying the people around him. When I did, GLENDA told me she couldn't talk to me and hung up the phone. After that, the calls went to voice mail. Now this guy has has installed cameras around the common areas and pointed them towards his neighbors front door. No one will do anything about it.
