Management is horrible here! They won’t even give a 1 day extension on rent even if you just gave birth and your child is in the nicu! They charged an extra $200 in fees for my rent!

I turned them into the Better Business Buro on 4-18-18 and filed a lawsuit.ive been on section 8 19years this is a dump trust me.the police no help either. Mold No snow removal Injuries on property (limited liability insurance) Altering rent water trash ledgers My car wrecked up on the street cause of parkinglot repairs. Cars towed off at 2am for no reason other than they changed the sticker and didn't tell residents. Maintanances cousin james and his wife saling drugs,getting shot on property, threatening & bullying other residents. I seen maintenance dump chemicals from the gallon straight into the pool without measurements.this is dangerous.exspecially when u have limited liability insurance. So glad to be out of this dump! I like the townhome style apartments, but that's about it. Management randomly changes (with weeks in between having someone in the office. You're screwed if you had a package delivered), people don't pick up after their dogs who also bark half the night, no parking after 7pm (no assigned parking either, though we were told almost a year ago that it would be implemented). Many cars in the parking lot never move from their spots. Have your own renters insurance? They'll misplace that information on a monthly basis and charge you for their insurance. Need a single day's extension to pay the outrageous rent after the holidays? No extension (even for your first time asking), and that will be over $200 in fines. I cannot wait to be out of this apartment.
