I like the townhome style apartments, but that's about it. Management randomly changes (with weeks in between having someone in the office. You're screwed if you had a package delivered), people don't pick up after their dogs who also bark half the night, no parking after 7pm (no assigned parking either, though we were told almost a year ago that it would be implemented). Many cars in the parking lot never move from their spots. Have your own renters insurance? They'll misplace that information on a monthly basis and charge you for their insurance. Need a single day's extension to pay the outrageous rent after the holidays? No extension (even for your first time asking), and that will be over $200 in fines. I cannot wait to be out of this apartment.

Location is great management is okay but the rent prices are absolutely out of control. The base rent right now is $1311.00 with out the utilities included for a 850 sqft apartment
