When I move to these townhome apartments I fell in love these apartments are so good for people trying to get there first townhome crystal is literally the best person she help me so much and she made me feel like I was at home again I appreciate her soooooo much if anyone is looking for a townhome she is your go to person for help she is absolutely amazing

I've been living in these townhomes for quite some time now, and I absolutely love it here, it's quiet, it's nice and Jen the property manager is awesome!!! The best property manager by far!!! Guillermo the maintenance man rocks he really knows his stuff. Very attentive and efficient staff we got!!!

I've lived at parkview terrace for approx. 5mos. And had a great experience, nice quiet environment. Do have grandchildren,so I could say the only negative thing is no playground or swimming pool. Other that that my review is GREAT!!

Office changes management every month....you don’t pay 1400 like they say so you end up paying 1600 a month. To make things worse they don’t have cámaras and if you have a 3rd car guess where you have to park, on the street where supposedly it’s a nice neighborhood but your car can be stolen or if your in luck just all the stuff including your sounds system will be gone. Good luck to who ever moves in here. Would of gave it a -10 but you have to click on a star at least. POS

This was the first place I lived moving to Colorado. While it isn't the most updated or fanciest apartment, I really enjoy it. It's a small complex with great staff. The leasing office is incredibly friendly and Guillermo is the best.

I live here now and I swear management is the worst..they never answer even during business hours...or ever fix problems that need to be done. But are quick to call about something on your patio that isn't supposed to....never the same person in office....frustrating when you call all day and no one ever answers but when for instances I send my bf up today they were there but couldn't open the laundry mat...i try calling to talk to them about it but don't answer knowing they are in office cause my bf was just there.....come on let's get it together please it's getting old...and I signed another year lease so I hope they change ...and soon
