Great location, just hope you get good neighbors. Rent is pretty crazy now for a little box. No in unit washer and dryer. Maintenance is great always!

It appears to be a nice unit from the brief walkthrough but as you live here, you realize how cheap everything is from the light switches to countertops. We have found an entire children's toybox behind our dishwasher. Craziest thing... Our cat was able to lay behind there because there was a hole along the baseboard. She has brought out approx 30 toys along with multiple mouse traps. Nuts. We are constantly being charged for "additional" things i.e now a newly implemented parking permit program most recently. Rent goes from $1520 to well over $1700 now. Buyer beware!!! We pay for CAM charges, etc for absolutely nothing to be done on this property. We leave multiple message for the PM and none are returned. This is so distressing as we are a household with a disabled person trying to make ends meet.

Had a tour scheduled an hour before the office was scheduled to close. Drove 45 minutes across town for the appointment and the office was closed. We called and no one answered. No notification that we wouldnât be able to view today. A waste of time.

We love the staff here. Also maintenance is super quick on fixing everything you need. The neighbors and people living here are all so nice. We enjoy living here!

I've been at Parkview Terrace for about 9 months and I'm really liking it! Past reviews have complained about management, but the current property manager is a real stand up gal. When I moved in there were some issues but eventually they were resolved. I love the area, easy access to trails and shopping. ~10 mins from Belmar. The townhouse layout is nice-- no neighbors upstairs or downstairs to worry about. It's pretty quiet here. It isn't the fanciest place but I've found it is everything I need.

This complex does not care about their residents. They do not care about safety issues. They take your money and then treat you horribly without taking accountability. they pretend you don't exist, This place is miserable and the worst decision I've made. So again,, DO NOT MOV
